My wife and I decided the pandemic was a good time to do some major work on our backyard, which had been neglected since we moved in six years ago; it lacked shape and had drainage problems. We called the number we had written down from the sign to make an appointment for an estimate. We met Joe, the business owner, and mmediately knew we were in excellent hands. He listened to our concerns and ideas, offered his own valuable insight, and together we made a plan, first for a new wood fence to define the back edge of the backyard along with a new drainage system, and then eventually to install a bluestone patio with a wood pergola. Every aspect of both projects was an absolute pleasure. Joe was clear about the dates he and his team would be working, and then kept to those dates (one of the projects even finished ahead of time). The pricing process was easy and clear, and Joe was wonderful to work with, personable and professional at every turn. But what's most notable are the results, which are spectacular. Joe is a perfectionist, and his attention to detail is apparent in all aspects of his work. He listened to all of our ideas--even our less clear ones--and found elegant ways to implement them. We ended up with a fence and a patio/pergola that people stop to compliment, all the time. As one of our friends said, after seeing the completed fence, "You just don't get a fence like that in Binghamton"--meaning that beautiful and well made. With Joe, you do!"

"In response to my initial email inquiry, Eric, the owner, came to the house and we discussed all of the issues and how they would deal with them. He took measurements and pictures and was very professional, polite and encouraging. Within a few days he emailed me a very precise and detailed proposal outlining all three jobs and the estimated cost. I immediately accepted. Adam came to the house and took some more measurements and pictures and said the work would begin the following week and take three days. The required permits were taken care of right away. As scheduled, Paul (the onsite foreman), Lloyd and TJ showed up and began to work. Braces were installed against the basement wall after the cracks were repaired. On the exterior a French drain was put in along the side of the house extending to the ditch out front. The old walkout was excavated and a new permentry door was installed. The work went as planned with no problems and was finished in three days. All debris was taken care of and they cleaned up when they were through. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Adam followed up the day after the work was completed to see if I was satisfied and to answer any additional questions. I also must give kudos to Cynthia, the office manager, who made the paperwork and payment process smooth and effortless. The quality of the work and the quality of the employees is just exceptional.

They even wiped the mud off my hose and wiped up the floor. They worked like a well oiled machine and were finished sooner than we expected. Would definitely recommend them!"

"Scott is FANTASTIC and our NEW go-to plumber!! He's VERY prompt. When he says 8:30 am he MEANS 8:30 am. When I called for an estimate, he was upfront about not being able to do the job that day but would stop in to give me the estimate. I was afraid he would charge a "service call fee" like another plumber we had call and he told me that was ridiculous and sure enough he stopped in the following day and gave me a FREE estimate. We scheduled to have the job done, as there was a few things needed to be done, and he did them with NO PROBLEMS other than to have to run out to get parts for an old faucet but that wasn't his fault as that was a "hidden problem". For the NEXT plumbing job, Scott will be THE VERY FIRST PERSON we call!!!"
