"They only charge $1,000 for the entire roof of my garage, and it was a good deal. This included removal of all the old shingles, and hauling all of the used material off the property to the dump. -Debra Castrinos"

"I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome on a job. Bobby at Supreme Management was the best guy to work with. He called me back on my initial email almost immediately. I’m located in a different state than the property so Bobby went out by himself to look at the ceiling. He contacted me before AND after viewing the job. We scheduled a ceiling to be replaced for a few weeks down the road. When an opportunity came up that would enable him to get to the job earlier he did! And he did a fantastic job. The ceiling came out perfect! And I have to say he probably did the best cleanup job I’ve ever had a contractor do. He was a pleasure to deal with. Professional and a genuinely nice guy. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give him a 15."

"Marc and his staff did an amazing job on our house! From the basement remodel to the exterior siding and breezeway it looks like a new house! We were very pleased and would highly recommend Parlor City Construction!"

"Very professional and personable from the top down. they are not yet 50% done with our basement but so far I can say I made the right choice. Honesty and good communication is key and Parlor City has both in spades. I would recommend for any project large or small. Will comment again when project is done but I expect the work to be great as usual."

"Noisy ceiling fan, replacement done quickly."

"We hired Parlor City to do a re-do of our main living area. It included redoing all the drywall, painting, applying shiplap on a feature wall and constructing 2 large beams for the ceiling. We're very happy with the finished product, especially with the wooden beams. All of the workers were attentive to details and to our wishes, especially the carpenter, Chris, who is a fine craftsman. The only issue we had was that due to some scheduling problems, the project went on a little longer than expected. We would definitely hire Parlor City for any jobs in the future!"

"After many estimates we chose to use Dan Brown, he was able to offer a few extras and had it done in a timely manner. Our roof came out great! Dan was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We were very impressed with his crew of workers as well!"

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
