He installed a good exhaust fan in the window, taped off the doorway and put coverings on the floor. When he was finished he cleaned everything up and it was spic and span when he left. "Dan did an excellent job of repairing some log rot that was in a critical location of the structure He was thoughtful, creative and thorough. He also repaired the part of my deck that was partially responsible for the log damage. Ok pricing was very fair I will be contacting Dan for remodeling work in the future"

"DO NOT hire Dan Ford aka Dan the Handyman. I hired him to install a stone walkway and it is a complete disaster. The workmanship is terrible. The walkway is falling apart, breaking and lifting and is a trip hazard. I had to take him to court to get my payment refunded. I was awarded the judgment, but Dan Ford has NOT paid. I ended up having to file a transcript of judgment with the County Court and have a lien placed on him and his business. He still has NOT paid. Do NOT hire Dan Ford aka Dan the Handyman."
