"Superior Plumbing did a great job. I chose Superior based on Angie's List reviews. Fortunately they led me in a good direction and so I have the opportunity to now add my honest review as well. Steve (the plumber from Superior) was at my residence within an hour of my call to fix a severely plugged sink drain line. I spent hrs with a power snake the day before and couldn't clear it. This was in early April with Covid lockdown going on. Steve was wearing all protective equipment (mask, gloves, shoe covers) and was very courteous and conscientious at this difficult time. This was reassuring to me. Steve was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to me and was just excellent in every way! He was able to clear both lines with two types of machines (took some time due to the bad plug up) and also replaced the bad pipe section and did a great job. He added an additional larger clean out tap as well which was a great idea in looking out for the customer. Cost was very reasonable and more than fair. Steve's professionalism, skill, knowledge, courteous polite nature, and genuine concern for customer safety and satisfaction is why I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. Steve was also very attentive to ensure everything was clean following the job. Great job Superior Plumbing, and thank you Steve for the excellent work you did! I highly recommend this plumbing company based on my excellent experience with Steve's visit to correct multiple plumbing problems in just a few hours. The fast response by Superior coming out so soon was also appreciated. I trust this firm based on this experience and its great knowing who to call should plumbing work be needed. "The sales experience was smooth and low pressure. The install crew were efficient , experienced and took pride in their work. The shower conversion looks great, and after two months use my wife and I are very pleased with what we got !"

"Communication frustrations but excellent work. The initial inspection was timely and thorough and the salesman took his time explaining the process to us. He did not, however, mention the use of the a third party plumbing company (something I realize is county-specific). Communication leading up to the work was poor; I was surprised when plumbers showed up at my house. I had to call Everdry to confirm when they would be coming and why a third party was involved. I rarely was able to get an answer and had to wait for a callback. Once Tavaris and his team arrived, however, they were very professional, punctual, and efficient. Tavaris made a point to explain everything to me step by step and managed his team appropriately. The outside team took care to only have my shrubs out of the ground for 45 minutes - time will tell if they make it through! This is very messy work and both teams were able to keep the mess to a minimum."

"FANTASTIC!! My furnace stopped working in the middle of winter while the temperature was a blustering 10 degrees. "I recently purchased my home and noticed I was having issues when it would rain with water backing up into my basement. I gave a call over to Cellino Plumbing, I explained my problem to the nice young lady on the phone and she agreed we should have someone come out to take a look. I was giving a four hour window of time that the plumber would show up and they came right in that time frame. Once the plumber arrived I went over my main concerns and a few other minor problems that I was having. The nice gentleman got right to work with cleaning out my lines, once he was able to get through most of my sewer line he explained to me exactly what was going on and that my pipe had either collapsed or shifted and that he would get a sewer camera to my home asap. The next morning I was greeted by yet again another great and knowledgeable technician. He was able to show me right on his device what was going on in my pipes! We set up for them to come back to my home early the next week to fix my issue, I had to work the day of the service but when I came back home I was so impressed. Very small amount of dirt from where the work was performed was all that was left! I had to give a call to the office again to let them know how great everything worked. They explained to me that customer service is always a number one goal of theirs and that if I had any further trouble to give them a call back. Thats exactly what I will do, the only plumbers I will use is from Celllino Plumbing."
