Then he said that he would cut $400 off if I could do it “this Saturday”, a date at his convenience because he had a job close by. I said “great!” It rained Saturday and he couldn’t pour cement in the rain. He said “I’ll be there Tuesday”, and I’m honoring the discounted price. Okay. Monday night he called and said he will come Wednesday for sure because he doesn’t want his workers pouring cement in 98 degree heat! I like a boss who cares about his employees. He came on Wednesday and did a PERFECT job!"

"I got a quote from Ken. He was responsive , fair and knowledgeable. Some waterproofing companies suggest you put a French pump outside your foundation , this company dies not. They believe you should not make holes in your foundation. They started the job quickly, which is very important since a crack in the foundation will continue to leak water till it's fixed. Time is of essence . I was able to negotiate the price for 54 " of concrete, cut down 9 ". 5 inch wide waterproofing, 24 foot PVC drain .all came to $11200.00. It's a fair price, you need to negotiate it. I paid nearly 1/2 up front. They are reputable . The job finished within 1 week. So far no leak. You should find the leak yourself before hiring people to fix it. Hope this helps you in your search."
