They were very professional, always arriving when they said they were going to, did a spectacular job and left things tidy when they were finished. Everyone keeps telling me how great everything looks. One last thing. There was one small section of the driveway that had a slight indentation after the concrete had dried. Tom came back a couple of days later and completely redid that section for me free of charge. This guy has been doing driveways forever and takes pride in his work! I highly recommend!!

Tom and his team completed the reconstruction of our walkway, front exterior stairs and driveway in little over a week. We couldn’t be happier with the end results. The construction and materials used are high quality and exceeded our expectations. Tom was easy to communicate with throughout the project and let us know exactly what to expect. I would recommend them without hesitation and use them again if the opportunity arises!

Excellent work. Family-owned firm that I have used before for sidewalk replacement. Tom, the owner, was very personable, knowledgeable, and experienced, and his crew were very hard workers and very neat.

Sloppy finishes, cracks after just one season including a hole from hollowed concrete. Responsiveness was poor and had to chase around for answers. Once work was completed we were not prioritized for repair work. Price was appropriate for work competed.

We were very pleased from the very beginning. This was the 3rd contractor we had contacted, and Tom , the owner, came right away to give the estimate. It was a very reasonable price, he gave us the 5% Angie's list discount,and he wrote it up right away for us after we decided on hiring him. We really liked that he was local and had been in business for 40 years. His relaxed and happy personality was a great asset. My husband was especially pleased with the time Tom took to explain the issues of pitch & drainage, and then executed every part of the project with precision and detailed craftsmanship. The crew , including his son, were very competent & skilled,on time, and happy as well. Tom and his crew were always ready to answer questions and modify what we'd planned and had creative suggestions which really helped. The best part is the work itself and we feel completely satisfied. I am happy to recommend them very highly.

My driveway was in poor condition and I had a narrow walkway overgrown with ivy and a yard with a downward pitch towards the house where I wanted to put patio. I had already committed to another highly recommended asphalt and concrete company on Angie's list whom I won't name. Once I agreed to do the job with them, they wouldn't return my calls or give me a date or ballpark estimate. I gave up on them. I contacted Suburban Asphalt and Tom came in with a fair price ( I had 4 other contractors bid on it). More importantly, he seemed more experienced and interested in my business. The driveway came out great, the ivy is gone and in place I have a vegetation free new concrete walkway. The paver patio came out great.

Tom is very professional as is his crew, They were on time every time. Communicated well with me about various aspects of the job. He even obtained a licence from the village that I live in to be able to do the job for me. I would highly recommend his company to Family and Friends.

Tom worked with us over a period of time to replace our front stoop after damage sustained from a furniture delivery. He was very responsive to emails and we were able to work things out for us to have the stoop replaced in a time frame that worked for both of us. Seamus came and did the work as discussed and we are very happy with our new front stoop. I would not hesitate to use Tom and Suburban Asphalt again.

Not well! He had come for the initial appointment, took a set of plans, I thought he seemed reliabkle. He even called a few times to let me know he was working on the estimate, but then failed to submit an estimate after stringing me along and has not returned my plans or my last 3 phone calls.

Suburban Asphalt Concrete Co did a phenomenal job in paving our driveway. The entire process took about two weeks to complete. When the old asphalt was removed, the remaining soil and gravel had to settle and become compact, and then the driveway was paved with a new layer of asphalt. Throughout the process, Tom was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. The cost of the job was very reasonable and we are extremely pleased with the work that was done. We highly recommend Suburban Asphalt Concrete Co and would gladly use them again.
