"I was just at the house this past Monday. I looked around, I took photos. I did not see any cracks or holes. I did see the quarter size dark spot. The finish of the concrete was a typical hand float finish. There was nothing sloppy. You seemed satisfied at the end of the job when you paid me in full. Once you notified me of the quarter size dark spot I advised you to give it a little time. When at the house this past Monday if anything needed to be repaired I could have done so but it didn't seem that you were living there anymore. I know we traded many emails. I always got back to you. It was unfortunate that CoVid lengthened the situation. Believe me it put a wrench in my business. In the future you might want to make a phone call rather than just use email. This is a very unusual situation as you can see by all of our grades."
