"Called Saturday morning of NYE weekend after spending the night with minimal heat. Dan the owner was nothing but professional on the phone and we scheduled a visit that day. After an already long day Mike arrived and was still professional and was able to diagnose our issues and took the time to walk us through everything. He was also able to give us heat for the night which was a plus. He offered to come out and Sunday but we discussed and waited till Tuesday. Mike was on time and able to get us up and running like new. His work was neat and clean. We had one subsequent issue arise but Dan was able to walk me through it that night and he came out the next day to fix it completely. Dan was professional and again walked us through everything and gave us an overview of our boiler as we are new to oil. We also had a cleaning preformed by Mike who again was on time and professional. He took time to show us what he cleaned and the old parts that were replaced. We have a 4yo and 18 mo old and both Dan and Mike were super sweet to them as well. I will definitely use Dan again and would recommend them to others as they were prompt, professional and cared about our issues."

They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."
