"My well pump stopped working the day after I moved into a new house and I needed someone to come out urgently because I had no water in the middle of a heatwave. T. Webber was responsive in sending out a team right away, but these guys looked at the pump for about 15 minutes and told me it was totally shot and needed to be fully replaced. Their estimate for the size of pump I need for my land was $6,500! Luckily, I decided to wait one more day and get a second opinion from the guys who installed the pump a few years back— they actually got down and did the work, found out it was just a wiring problem and saved me nearly $5,000. Webber even wanted to charge me an additional $2200 to install an $800 filter. Short version: These guys are real gougers. Watch your pocketbook!"
