I started a cleaning company in January 2020 by March my cleaning company had to retire and move on due to Covid 19. In the time since then I started working in a hotel as a housekeeper was diagnosed with cancer fought it and beat it and recently been moved up to assistant supervisor of housekeeping. I love to clean I love making people happy with my work and I wouldn’t usually put myself out here but I learned throughout my journey that you only live once so here I am

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

Unlike sanded grout, unsanded grout doesn’t always require sealing. But it’s a good idea to seal it anyway—especially in moist or humid areas (like bathrooms) or high-traffic spots—to protect it from dirt, mold, stains, and damage. On average, hiring a pro to seal grout costs between $150 and $250 for a 160-square-foot space.

If left for more than 10 days, grout haze can become very difficult to remove, and it may never fully disappear. After 10 days, you’ll have to use professional grout haze removers and may even need to call in a professional tile cleaner to attempt to get the job done.

Clean your silicone caulk at least once a month to prevent mold and dirt buildup. In high-moisture areas like bathrooms and kitchens, you may want to clean more frequently, such as every two weeks, to maintain the caulk’s integrity and prevent potential water damage. Regular cleaning ensures that your caulk remains effective and your home stays mold-free and well-maintained.

To clean stone tiles, first sweep or vacuum to remove dirt particles. Use a mild, pH-neutral detergent and warm water to mop. Be careful not to use acidic cleaning solutions, such as vinegar and lemon juice, which can damage the surface.

Your schedule for deep cleaning will depend on how often you clean regularly and how dirty your home gets. If you clean weekly and keep things tidy, you may only need to deep clean once a year. But if you don’t keep up with regular cleaning or have pets that drag in mud and shed all over the house, you might need deep cleaning two or three times a year.
