What was first thought of a leaking pipe, the root cause turned out to be the orientation of the piping was opposite of what it should be (angled upward instead of angled downward). "Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that.
