Flying Colors Roofing and PaintersWe were concerned about the approach the prior owners in our house took to keep the roof updated. We weren't off base as they did some very "interesting" patch work. Steve and his team were nothing short of incredible. He has maintained our roof for a few years prior to the time in which we did the full job a month ago. It's hard to find contractors who are responsive, transparent, and communicate well. Steve and his team did all of those things very well. The whole job took 3 days even though it required some more work than initially anticipated. I honestly can't say enough good things about Steve and his team and they have completely earned my trust. I will be a repeat customer for years to come as he is a great guy, treats his employees and customers well, and the passion for his business shines through in all his interactions. Thanks again for making the roof replacement uneventful and low stress.- David N.

Alte RoofingDylan the salesman arrived promptly, and was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. We scheduled the removal and replacement of the roof of our house and shed, including new flashing around the chimneys. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner. Kathy in the office was extremely nice and helpful too! The day of the installation the crew showed up on time promptly at 7am and got right to work. They put down protective drop cloths all around the perimeter of the house. We've never seen such a hardworking crew. Throughout the day the project managers checked in on the crew. The crew returned the following day and worked hard until they completed the job later that day. When they finished, they used a magnet sweeper all around the house to make sure they got all the nails, and cleaned up any debris that was left in the yard. When they were finished, you wouldn't have known they had been here! The dumpster was picked up promptly the next morning. The project managers Tim and Logan arrived the same morning that the dumpster was picked up to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Our roof looks excellent! When I called back, the owner was able to schedule me in for the cleaning on the same day. Very professional company, did the work quickly and efficiently. I have hired this firm for several yrs and have been generally satisfied with their work and price. I again set up an appt for gutter cleaning but was not present when they arrived. Upon my return home leaves were strewn across my front yard which I had just finished cleaning so I knew it was their poor clean-up. I called to voice my displeasure with assurances they would come back to finish the job which I would have found acceptable but no one returned. Very frustrating. I would not recommend hiring this firm!

bathroom regrout I’m adding to my previous review. Jose stated he asked that the shampoos be removed because he did not “touch people’s things”. However, when I got home from work my bath mats were moved. I inquired about who moved them and was informed they were moved by Jose and/or his workers. So he did not want to touch my shampoos but moved my bat mats to put down his materials needed for the job.

I called for a repair to my daughter's roof. The room with the wet sheetrock has a cathedral ceiling with no attic access to determine the source of the leak. Steve inspected the roof section and suggested that the wetness was due to condensation. Vents were installed and small section of roof was replaced at a very reasonable cost. Chris and crew did a fantastic job with regrading the yard, sodding, pavers and inground sprinkler system. We were looking for a one stop shop and found it with Gold Coast Pavers. Chris was very patient and made sure all our concerns were addressed which was much appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about his business and customer service as he was always reachable if needed. The guys they use are also very hard workers and got the job done fast.
