It was a joint project with the next door neighbors, who also needed their bluestone sidewalk replaced with concrete in order to make a workable driveway. I asked if I could have the salvaged bluestone. JB took care of the city permits, and the workers were there at 8 AM, prying up bluestone and piling it neatly in my back yard. The driveway looks great."

Mr. M. removed the old concrete block, made sure the pitch was right and installed new drain. This was only one part of the project. He also replaced parapet tiles on my garage, fixed all the cracks on the garage walls and painted. All work was done in timely manner and very efficiently. I appreciated the flexibility and option to add small projects as we went along. I am very happy with the outcome. Will hire his company again."

"Enrique doggedly pursued me for this sidewalk repair job, promising it would be done excellently and fairly priced. He was right on both accounts! I personally sat outside and watched he and his team breakdown my already broken sidewalk and load the old, heavy cement pieces into their truck (BTW they clean up behind themselves meticulously). Once the cement was poured, they smoothed it for over an hour, drew lines that matched up perfectly with the existing sidewalk on either side of my house, and used levelers to ensure consistent dimensions. The level of detail they exhibited was impressive. The busy pedestrian traffic that passes on my Bronx, NY block will no longer be a source of anxiety.
