"I contacted Concrete Care this past fall to replace three cracked sidewalk panels on my property. The contractor, Mike, came with his wife Jen, jack hammered the concrete and hauled it away. He promised to come back on a Friday and pour the new concrete. Friday came and went and he didn’t show up. After I called and texted him several times he finally came and finished the job. As soon as he was done, he bombarded me with texts, calls and emails wanting his money. He was slow to complete the work, but very quick to insist on being paid. He told me to not drive or walk on the concrete for at least a week. After a week, the concrete started to settle, and I noticed a gap on the edge of the sidewalk that was big enough for pedestrians to trip over. The finished job also looked very sloppy with visible trowel marks. I emailed Mike and Jen answered. She told me Mike had gotten COVID-19 and he couldn’t get to the job right away. We agreed to wait until the spring and she assured me I would be their first priority come spring and they’d make this right. Over the winter the concrete also began crumbling. I followed up with Mike and Jen several times and never received a response. Based on the quality of the work and the lack of follow through and communication, I wouldn’t hire this contractor again."

They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business. I will encourage all of my friends who need work done to call ‘my friends’ at Buffalo’s Best! They have earned their title and I am forever thankful that I found them!!! "United Concrete of Hamburg, NY is the worst!!! Run away from them. United Concrete Builders LLC, Hamburg NY owned by Joseph Kruger is the absolute worst. I welcome anyone that is considering hiring this company to reach out to me and come look at the horrible job that they did at my home. In addition to pitching part of my concrete patio towards my house, they completely ruined the concrete pool surround that they installed. Color is horrible and the concrete cracked after two weeks. The pictures that you are seeing...the concrete is NOT wet, that's how it looks all of the time! Today I discovered, (while having the driveway re-repaired from their inferior installation), that they poured 2" blocks instead of the 4" pads that they were supposed to pour...and...they used no concrete metal mesh after they told me that they were...they pulled a "bait and switch on me". I would never allow them to work on any concrete project I was consider doing."

"Russ showed up and started digging without me giving him the go ahead. I chalked it up to poor communication between us but let him begin the job. I paid $13,000 for a new driveway. The entire apron is cracked and chunks are missing. I contacted Russ the owner after 5 months to show him the defective concrete. He said he would come out to look at it and never did. I have been trying to get him out to look at it since March 2021. It's October 2021 right now. The concrete is only 1 year old and it looks horrible. Russ is quick to show up and start digging but does not stand by his product. This is not normal cracking. It is severe and defective. So disappointing! I wish I could include pictures and a video of this defective work."

"I have a 53 year old home and the garage floor was in very bad shape.I got Rob from CCS and he did an awesome job repairing and resurfacing the old cracked and pitted concrete. He then coated with an epoxy coating and the floor turned out amazing. He is very professional and considerate and called me each day to let me know when he was coming out . The job overall took 3-4 days to complete but well worth the time . He is very meticulous and cleans up afterwards. He beat all the other companies when it came to the price.I recommend him highly."
