"I wasn't going to entertain this, but your wife said you neglected to maintain your patio and walkway for over 12 years. You were both made aware that when the cream coat is gone, color will not take to those areas. You wanted it done anyway expecting a miracle to happen even though I told you the color would never match. I offered to give you your money back and you said no that wasnt what you wanted, because you loved the sidewalk and 80% of your patio ( that still had clear coat ). You wanted it rewashed and recolored , even though I informed you that washing and recoloring the section you werent happy with would NEVER match up to the same color that was originally done and what was still on the rest of the patio. you didn't want the rest of the patio redone. not all at. your complaints are on areas that you were made aware of at the time measurements were done to get you an estimate.. I attempted again to make them content and try to improve it even though I knew it wasnt going to make a difference. had their surfaces been maintained properly, this problem wouldn't have happened. This is a situational instance, one that the [Member Name Removed]'s WANTED. they wanted their patio to look new, LOVED it all for 2 weeks until they called to complain, then got what they asked for ( which was redo a few sections as OPPOSED TO my offer of a refund at that stage. i tried to please them, even though they knew what the outcome would be due to their own lack of maintenance. EVERY TWO YEARS CONCRETE SHOULD BE CLEANED AND SEALED to ensure its longevity. recolored about every 8 years.. Sorry you weren't happy with it. what i found even more odd is why you kept outdoor rugs over the areas you LOVED that had clear coat still and took color. but you want the part you cant fix unless you tear it out and completely start over, exposed. bash my name thats fine. i have alot of VERY HAPPY customers that had the same clear coat situation.. they dunderstood why and how their clear coat was gone, and what the best thing I could was. you're blaming me for your own neglect. NO COMPANY COULD MAKE THAT PATIO A CONSISTANT COLOR like you expected. the only error I made was agreeing to color it for you despite my feeling about it. Move forward with it however you wish."
