Provider did not confirm appointment ahead of time and arrived late. Although, appointment only took 1 and 1/2 hours. Carpet is less than 2 years old so had few area stains, mostly traffic areas. We have no pets. The carpet and especially the steps took over 24 hours to dry. I think too...
