When he arrived he did the inspection with a submersible camera, explained to us what our cesspool was made of, its approximate age, and his take on its condition. He pumped a little out, added chemicals, and explained our options. He didn't try to sell us any unnecessary services and recommended a couple other companies if we wanted to replace our system, which was his recommendation even though he couldn't do the work himself ( he's not licensed for installation in our town). All in all, great experience. I would highly recommend."
