"The good news is that we paid a boatload of money to Jacopille Bornheimer to install 2 one way bat exits and seal up the house and they completed the job quickly. However, it’s been a year and I can’t get them to return and remove the remaining 1 way exit and seal the hole (the other exit was addressed when I replaced the siding on my chimney). It’s too bad, as I was looking for a vendor to use on an as-needed basis for a couple of additional properties."
