Loomis Brother's Construction

Absolutely terrible experience with Loomis Construction. We had them pour a concrete job that cost over $10,000, and it did not even last one winter. The surface pitted and deteriorated badly, which should not happen with quality workmanship. Since March, we have been trying to get them to stand behind their work, but it is been nothing but excuses and flat-out lies. They claimed they stopped by our house to inspect the damage ?yet we had already sent them detailed pictures and videos, and after reviewing our security camera footage, it is clear they never came by. They also promised to cut a sample for testing but never followed through. After five months of getting blown off, we sent a certified letter, which they refused to sign for. In trying to get their LLC information, we found out we are not the only ones ?other people are suing them for the same issues. We have now filed a lawsuit as well. Do not hire this company. This is an honest company. I've worked with other contractors before, and there's always something; a delay, an unexpected cost, something! But not with Will and Corey. I hired them to build a small bathroom in the upstairs level of a home we purchased for our daughter. They helped us pick out the fixtures, respected our price parameters and were just all around good guys, They cleaned up everyday after themselves, arrived each day when they said they would and built a beautiful, small bathroom that we are very pleased with. You will not go wrong trusting your project with Loomis Bros.

Knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I was looking for a local contractor and I am glad I found Loomis Brothers. We had a supply constraint with the concrete but I was well informed and the end product turned out great.

I hired Bryant and his brother to clear some land for me. They finished it within the time frame they gave me. They did a very nice job. They cleared, graded and seeded it! They are very polite and honorable young men!
