"Itâ s so hard to find a reliable, trustworthy company these days. I happened to come across JJB Mechanicalâ s info when I looked at the service records on my furnace and decided to give them a call. When I say AMAZING it canâ t even begin to describe the level of service I received. Juan was great to talk with and showed true compassion and understanding when I explained my central air wasnâ t cooling and the temperature in the house had risen to mid 80â s by then. He had his Tech Daniel here later that day. I was blown away by Danielâ s knowledge and the way he explained things and educated me on what the issue was. Iâ ve used many of the bigger companies over the years and I can tell you that I have never experienced this level of customer service before. From start to finish the entire experience was great.
