Bill's son came to do the repair. was very knowledgeable and polite. He found that the tabs that hold the tub up had bent under the weight of the water and clothes while doing a load at the maximum load setting. The frame was not strong enough to hold a maximum load that it should have been...
He was very thorough, but he did miss one thing. I called them back on it because I had a problem with a leaking window and he made good.
