"The gentleman arrived promptly after contacting him about a leak we discovered on the upper floors of my home. He gave me a free estimate for the damage repair, and for a total roof replacement(that I asked for-he was not pushy). After a few other estimates, my wife and I decided to hire Done Right for the repair, and we were not disappointed. . He arrived the day of the repair on time with his coworker. He left shortly after and soon returned. When I asked him why, he sited he wasnâ t satisfied with the color matchup for the shingles that he chose for my home, and left to get completely different shingles. There was no additional charge. The work was quick, clean, and immediately tested. That night we had a rather terrible rainstorm come through, and the area that sustained previous water damage remained dry. The gentleman used a drone during and after the repair, to show me various stages, up until completion. Overall experience was 4 1/2 out of 5.
