"We had a two-day window of opportunity to get a roofing job done before a large storm was coming. My home was a challenging project with a membrane flat-roof system, shingles, fascia board replacement and several skylights. I am an architect and was so happy with the coordination that I had with the project foreman. On both days the crew showed up on time and performed admirably, even staying late on the second day to make sure that all the work was completed properly."

"I met Julio, foreman at a neighbor's roofing job and asked how I can get an estimate for my roof, after getting the info I called for a estimate for two jobs, my primary house and rental property. I was given an appointment within a few days and one of the two owners, Tom came down and spent as long as I needed to give me the two estimates.
After deciding to go forward, John the other co-owner came down to have me sign contacts and get a deposit to do the job.
I then gave him my schedule, as I wanted to be home when the job was done and within a week he accommodated me with a day that worked for me. They came early as promised and started stripping the two layers of my roof, by lunch time they were probably almost half way through the re-roofing.
The crew consisted of six men overseen by Julio, after a short half hour lunch they went back to work and labored through the day until it was finished at 7:15pm.
They were very professional from start to finish, I will recommend TH Remodeling & Renovations to everyone I know. I'm very satisfied with the professional work done on my house and can rest comfortably knowing my house is secure from the weather!!

"Bob was terrific from start to finish. He responded to my phone inquiry promptly and showed up when promised. He answered  all my questions about the needed work. he and his crew showed up on the promised date and worked efficiently and cleanly.

"Roofers arrived early in the morning, and finished early (around 4 pm). I think if they had worked more carefully, maybe they wouldn't have finished later, or taken more than one day. I came up on the roof about an hour after they started and noted that, although the contract said they would "cut the soft blisters on the roof and seal the same, where necessary", they hadn't cut blisters at the back of the roof - where the biggest problem was with blisters. I told the supervisor and he gave me a reason that they couldn't always cut through many layers to flatten blisters, but I'm not sure that is true. Roofers also laid membrane (tar-paper) on two rows at the front of the building that left wrinkles in the paper. I pointed this out 2 weeks later to a supervisor. The roof basically looks OK, besides problems listed, and it doesn't leak, but it really wasn't leaking before, except when had 8 inches of rain in one day 3 months ago."
