"James was very quick to answer all emails or return all phone calls. He was able to come by the house to look at the existing gutters in the evening after I got home from work which was convenient as I did not have to take time off of work to meet. James suggested a cheaper option of using different gutter hangers as opposed to gutter replacement to fix a sagging gutter issue. In the it was my wife and I who opted to replace the gutters and soffits. James and his son arrived on time to start the project and completed it in the time planned at the time of the quote. One of the indications of James/Gutter Guys work was when there was an issue with either the machine or the material in making the second white gutter for the back of the house. The gutter started coming out with marks on it with about four feet left to go on a 58 foot gutter. James corrected whatever the issue was and formed a whole new gutter as opposed to trying to touch up with paint the marked up gutter. I do not know the cost of materials to do this but it speaks to the care and quality of work by the Gutter Guys. There were no issues encountered during the job and everything came out great. I would have no qualms with recommending Gutter Guy to anyone needing this service."

Price and guarantees were best we received. (We haven’t had a good hard rain yet so I’m unable to comment on how effective the gutter is in preventing drips/ leaks between the gutter and facia. The last gutters from a different vendor were not properly installed. If this is good, we’ll probably have the front done too!)"
