"I had a contractor cancel on me the same day he was supposed to begin work (tile floor and cabinet install). I already demolished my kitchen in preparation so I was really in a bind. I contacted Joe and he responded immediately and he was able to check out my situation the next day. Joe was able to squeeze me into his schedule less than a week later and he did not rush the job at all. Joe's tile work is excellent, top notch. The cabinet install was showroom quality. The electrician even complimented Joe's work on the kitchen island and said that he never had a contractor set things up for him so well. Joe's communication was great throughout the whole project and did a great job keeping me in the loop. Joe's professionalism is superb and I would certain hire him again and recommend to anyone! "Joe and Chris exceeded all of our expectations with the job. The job consisted of having to remove the left side door frame and molding from our bathroom door which they took great care in doing thus minimizing any destruction of the plaster walls. They expertly installed the new frame and rehung the door perfectly. They also repaired out front exterior door which was out of plumb and not closing properly. And also replaced our exterior basement door. They also replaced a damaged tongue and groove knotty pine board in our stairwell leading to our upstairs bedroom. Joe and Chris explained everything they had to do to complete the jobs and Joes estimate was reasonable in price. They are both gentlemen with a professional attitude, friendly and easy to talk to about the work and a variety of other topics not related to the job at hand. I highly recommend them."

"The original project targeted only the Kitchen with minimum lay out modification. We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top.
