"They told me the job would be done in one day. When I met them at the venue the next day in the morning to inspect the place and make payment, the job had not been completed. The owner was very professional about it and apologetic, and said they would take care of it that same day.  By the end of the day, they had completed everything and done a very nice job. The place looked great!  However, a couple of days later when I went back, I noticed there were paint stains everywhere- on the fridge, stove, floor, doors, etc.  They didn't do a good job covering things, which is mildly annoying, but I would still use them again."

"Mack Rubio and his team are awesome. My front porch was beginning to sag on one corner and it was causing my vinyl siding to bow out. My home also needed to be pressure washed. Mack is very knowledgeable and he got his level out and showed me that the left side of my porch was two inches lower than the right side. I knew my left column was rotting but I was not sure about the wooden supports I could not see beneath the decking boards. Mack assessed the situation and advised pouring concrete footers and replacing only the columns and supports that needed to be replaced on the porch. Precision Painting Plus even had a Consultant (Cindy) available to walk through our house and give professional feedback on color blending and/or selection. With work starting in early December, we had Jonathan Kramme as our on-site Manager. He was available at all times to discuss project and supervise painting staff. Company handled the scheduling very well considering that the floors had to be sanded, stained and poly-coated. We are very satisfied with the professional work done by the whole team.
