"I am not yet able to determine whether or not the expected results of the basement waterproofing work is satisfactory as I have not had a rainstorm or heavy rain since the basement waterproofing work was performed. I will, however, pay great accolades to Quality 1st customer service, especially to Kyle. I was troubled with the proposal for the job as certain aspects of the language would have left me at an unfair liability should something had gone wrong with the work. I explained this issue with Kyle who followed through until the proposal was acceptable to me. The work crew was exceptional in that they were punctual, worked quickly, neatly and were, without question, among the hardest workers ever to have done a construction project for me. The crew was headed by Wilver along with his guys - Manuel and Jose. Again, I will refrain from commenting on the expected results of the work performed until the appropriate circumstances occur. In summary, I would say that Quality 1st demonstrated A1 customer service and the crew that performed my basement work were hard workers with great attitude."

"Bobby and his crew answered all my questions, they were respectful and extremely helpful. Bobby and crew went above and beyond what was on the contract. My house looks beautiful, they power washed entire building, pained the sidewall of the building with thorocoat, front of house was pointed where necessary and applied waterproofing sealer, glass block window, painted stoop and stairs, cemented cracks on stoop and sidewalk, painted outside railing and applied cement in basement where needed. I have to say some of what was done wasnâ  t even on the contract, so they went above what was expected and to my surprise Bobby didnâ  t charge extra. Being a single woman who has had bad experiences with contractors and their disgraceful personalities, having Bobby and his crew work on my property was a pleasure and breath of fresh air. I would hire Bobby and his crew again and recommend them in a heart beat. Best work!!"

"I Hired Hi Tech in spring of 2019 for a repair of my backyard cement work. Kami suggested I replace my cement with pavers instead. His price was so fair, that not only did I hire him to replace my backyard cement, but ALSO repair/waterproof my rear wall AND paint my fire escape as well! I'm so pleased to write that ALL the work Hi Tech did was top-notch & their workers were very respectful and cleaned up very well. Any concerns I had during construction was addressed immediately by Kami, which is HUGE in my book after dealing with other contractors that were not up to par. "Lazar diagnosed the problem from my description of the problem. He was spot on when he showed up the next day. I wasnâ t on site, he kept me informed at every step, sending video. The main sewer line was clogged, which caused periodic sewerage backups. Compounded by hair in the bathtub, sinks and shower. Within an hour he pulled out tree roots from the line and snaked everything. He then sent pictures of all things flushing and flowing. Extremely professional and reasonably priced. He and his team are plumbing whisperes, excellent technicians."

"ENO Plumbing came in and worked until they finished the job , all within a day! Our storm drain was backing up and water would just sit there and next door neighbor always complaining! They were professional. They explained everything that needed to be done including digging further down and replacing drain. They had to cut out the cement to the downspout and then recement!
