I had other contractors come out to give estimates but he was the only one to explain the details of the work involved. Including the fact that the door to the patio area would need to be adjusted afterwards. He addressed all of my questions and concerns. There were some challenges because of the constant rain but surprisingly to me, he finished the work in a timely manner.
