"Luigi was very professional from the moment we met him. He explained what he could do and the quality of work we could expect. He met and exceeded our expectations. He oversaw every aspect of the project. Luigi was there every day overseeing the work and participating in the work. He was methodical in every aspect of the work, taking the time and materials to do the work as perfectly as possible. Instead of laying the concrete directly in the dirt he laid down gravel, went over it with a machine, laid down heavy grade wire mesh and did each part of the project separately so that he took enough time to give every part of the work his full attention not rushing any part of the work. He seemed to spare no expense in terms of worker time, man power, his personal time and quality of materials. When he saw that he could improve part of the work by removing more concrete in the 2nd part of the work behind the garage he did this at no extra charge. This was typical of the type of work he did where he took extra steps to improve landscaping to match the quality of work without charge. He used quality cement that was combined with stone. This appeared to me to be the professional high grade cement. His workers were highly skilled and took a great deal of time and effort to give a finished quality appearance. My wife and I are very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend him."

He returned my call, the same day. I found Greg, a pleasure to deal with. I chose his company to call, over 3 other names I felt fortunate, it worked out so well, and I made an excellent choice. Now have the name of someone who handles all types of home repairs, that does excellent work. I was extremely impressed, that upon walking up to my door, he removed the snow, off the steps. "Great!  Very pleased with this provider.  Pleasant and responsive on phone - initially emailed pictures of structure to see if they could provide appropriate services and called me right back and was quickly available to come over for a free estimate and preliminary measuring for pricing.  Estimate quote was between two others I received from other companies ($1100 and another $1600-$1800) and used the same Sunbrella fabric (and was far more professional than the cheaper company I dealt with for an estimate).  He brought a book of fabric to choose from and offered a few more, wrote up an official quote and I gave a check for half.  He promised a 2 week turned around time, which was really about a month... I initially wasn't in any rush as it was early spring, but when I called to check in the girls on the phone were VERY sweet and professional and would get back to me as promised.  I told them I was hoping to have it for a party I had planned last minute and they had it completed and installed the day before.  Installation took about 15 minutes and it looks great!!  Very pleased.  Good sturdy material...  They offered to remove and re-install in Fall and Spring for winter storage for a small fee... but I haven't asked what this would be as of yet.

"Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."
