I hired Nu Air Pro to clean out the HVAC vents (below grade) in my elderly mother’s ranch home, and they went above and beyond what was expected. They were able to schedule us in only one week out. They arrived on time as promised and cleaned the vents thoroughly. At my mom’s request, they even set rodent traps near the vents they cleaned, allaying her concerns. A couple of the vents were compromised (had holes), and they patched up those areas. "Well, for what was cleaned I can?t believe that it actually cost $800. Contaminated silverware and other utensils that were wrapped up in plastic or saran wrap was put back in the drawers that were supposedly cleaned and sanitized. They?re literally was water all over the kitchen floor that at one point I actually thought maybe the refrigerator or freezer was leaking. I?ve received three quotes from different companies. To have XP Productions do the job, and their prices were a lot less than what I was charged by this company. This is on floor behind radiator, and the bottom of the wall and baseboards. It?s still filthy! You can tell there was absolutely no attempt to even try and clean around it or behind it. It?s completely unacceptable! I seriously can?t believe I was charged $800 for this horrible half assed job."

"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

"Sabino was great to work with. He was professional and thorough when initially inspecting roof. He completed a major job with tear off of layers of asphalt and cedar shingles. He installed the new roof with quality products. Most importantly he worked well with us in a honest manner when issues arose to rebuild a chimney and replace beams on a rotting porch. His prices were very reasonable. He did a solid job cleaning up the area when finished. It is never an easy experience to have an old roof torn off and replaced, but Sabino and his workers made the experience positive."
