"Called the office and asked for an evaluation and estimate on the job. Replace pump and float with new fittings. Someone would be over to look at the issue in a few hours. Even sooner Wes showed up and evaluated the situation and current piping set up. Clearly stated what was needed and provided an estimate and time to complete the job. He and his assistant left and said they would be back quickly after picking up the necessary pump and supplies to complete the job and how long it would take. They came back as they said and began the project explaining the whole time what happened, and the improved check valve and pump replacement were more efficient and less likely to have issues when the float is attached to the pump. Wes was efficient, experienced and willing to explain what he was doing and why. Gave some wonderful tips on avoiding issues in the future and clearly was sincerely passionate about his work. When they were finished, we had a much better system for the sump and piping. I would highly recommend Best Flo as a company that delivers more than expected and highly competent, experiences associates to resolve issues you may have with sewer or plumbing issues."

"While on Vacation I contacted Sal Manzo because new countertop were getting installed a few days after I returned home. I was able still send Sal pictures and he was able to confirm my slow drain was due to incorrect drain install by another contractor. He scheduled Mike Manzo to be there the day after I returned and he correctly replaced pipe to code. Thanks to Sal and Mike for responding so quickly and fixing the issue so the countertop can get installed. this allowed the rest of kitchen installation to complete on time and on schedule. Mike was punctual, meticulous, clean and professional. the cost was high but was worth the peace of mind and quality of work. Mike had also installed a gas line/pipe for new gas stove in March. "Kevin was excellent.  Not only was the multi-point inspection performed but he also pointed out a leaky return duct, verified that the system was installed correctly (there was some doubts about the previous installer) and checked supply and return temperatures at multiple ducts to diagnose exactly what was wrong with the system.  As an engineer myself I was very impressed with his technical knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver quality service.  I plan on using them for all my HVAC needs in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service at reasonable prices.
