"Called the office and asked for an evaluation and estimate on the job. Replace pump and float with new fittings. Someone would be over to look at the issue in a few hours. Even sooner Wes showed up and evaluated the situation and current piping set up. Clearly stated what was needed and provided an estimate and time to complete the job. He and his assistant left and said they would be back quickly after picking up the necessary pump and supplies to complete the job and how long it would take. They came back as they said and began the project explaining the whole time what happened, and the improved check valve and pump replacement were more efficient and less likely to have issues when the float is attached to the pump. Wes was efficient, experienced and willing to explain what he was doing and why. Gave some wonderful tips on avoiding issues in the future and clearly was sincerely passionate about his work. When they were finished, we had a much better system for the sump and piping. "Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. "Kevin was excellent.  Not only was the multi-point inspection performed but he also pointed out a leaky return duct, verified that the system was installed correctly (there was some doubts about the previous installer) and checked supply and return temperatures at multiple ducts to diagnose exactly what was wrong with the system.  As an engineer myself I was very impressed with his technical knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver quality service.  I plan on using them for all my HVAC needs in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service at reasonable prices.
