The surface pitted and deteriorated badly, which should not happen with quality workmanship. Since March, we have been trying to get them to stand behind their work, but it is been nothing but excuses and flat-out lies. They claimed they stopped by our house to inspect the damage ?yet we had already sent them detailed pictures and videos, and after reviewing our security camera footage, it is clear they never came by. They also promised to cut a sample for testing but never followed through. After five months of getting blown off, we sent a certified letter, which they refused to sign for. In trying to get their LLC information, we found out we are not the only ones ?other people are suing them for the same issues. We have now filed a lawsuit as well. Do not hire this company.
