We purchased a couch and loveseat. The first set delivered to our home had a rip in the bottom of the loveseat and a broken leg/foot on the couch. So they took the set back and ordered us another set. The second set delivered, while the loveseat looked great, the couch was defected . So they took that set back too and refunded our money with no hassles.

Along with the bad merchandise, the delivery men were not careful with the furniture. When the second set was delivered, I went outside and saw when they opened the back of the truck. They had old dirty mattresses that they had removed from houses before they came to our house. I could see stains on the old mattresses that we not covered with plastic. So the same hands that handled those dirty mattresses were handling the new furniture. And the cushions and throw pillows for my set of furniture were just thrown uncovered in the back of the truck, some were on the floor.

The reason I am giving this provider a C for professionalism is because while the delivery guys deserve an F, the customer service lady deserves an A. So together, they get a C. The A for responsiveness is because the customer service lady was quick to respond and quick to help me. As for punctual, the delivery men were on time. --However, you cannot choose what part of the day you want for delivery. You cannot even choose morning or afternoon. They said that a computer sets everything up for deliveries.
We had also purchased a desk chair. It was missing screws. I almost fell when I sat in it. That went back too and the money was easily refunded. I guess, if you are going to get bad merchandise, which can happen anywhere, you want a store with good customer service like this store had.

The initial visit to the store was pleasant. Carla took her time with me and was nice, however, the couch I thought I ordered and was assured over and over by her was NOT what I received upon delivery. There are 7 sections to this sofa and I specifically asked Carla if ALL sections of the sofa were available in power as I did not want the kids fighting over who got the power section and I had a wrap around with the pull handles which I did not want again.  I asked her this question several times and she assured me over and over that YES all sections EXCEPT the section that curves and the cup holder were power. Great exactly what I wanted as I made the statement again no kids fighting over who gets the power seat. I even asked again at check out as the receipt did not say power on the sections and she said yes, that is the way the sofa comes up in the system. Totally trusted her. Delivery was on time but only the two end pieces were powered. Called the store and spoke with Sarah who checked the computer and confirmed this couch was NOT available in power even thought the website said it was. I had no choice but to accept delivery since Saturday 11/16 family from out of town were arriving to stay at my house for Thanksgiving. I accepted delivery for there was no way I was having people come stay with no furniture to sit on.
I called the store after the delivery men left and asked for the address for the Regional Office and was told to send a letter to the store and the store manager would decide if this issue was to be forwarded to the regional manager. No, I stated..I just paid over $4000 for furniture therefore I will decide if the regional manager should be made aware and the employee fought with giving me Syracuse was where the regional office was located.  Totally unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

 They were very good and helpful.  They didn’t upsell unnecessarily and gave me ample time to look around and choose.  I liked their services and will use the same in future.
