Initially, it went well. He is good at roughing but when it came to finishing and actually completing any specific part of the job his work did not meet our expectations at all. He said he did electrical work - he does not. The allure flooring job he did is in no way acceptable and the 25 year warranty on the product is now null and void. He arrived on the job about 10:00 and was gone by 4:30 most days; missing several days entirely. He is a nice guy and went above and beyond in certain aspects of the job, but much of the work he performed was not up to our standards.

Overall the job went as planned. All the timelines scheduled were completed. Additions to the original contracts were added and performed with no problems or delays.
