Provided excellent recommendations on the installation project such as adding a whole house filter and using rough cedar to match the house around the outside vent area to give it a professional look . During removal he drained a bucket of sand from the old hot water heater so the recommendation for a filter was spot on. Final result was an excellent installation for a good price. "We had water backing up through the drain in our basement, so I called Mr Rooter assuming that the sewer pipe needed to be snaked or rooted.  Upon arrival, the professional (Matt, I believe) checked everything out and confirmed my suspicion.  He went about his business keeping me up to date throughout the process, and asking questions when needed.  Once the pipe had been rooted, he checked all other water sources (sinks, bathtub, etc.) and their pipes for issues.  Apparently this complimentary service is part of their process.  All in all, I was very pleased.  Matt(?) was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I would certainly recommend Mr Rooter to others in need.

"Chris came On Weds. Spent 45 minutes in the crawl space to determine what would be required. The company came the very next day to clean out the wetness and set up the drying fans and dehumidifier. Prompt and courteous, and if God forbid another situation like this occurs I will not hesitate to hire Paladin again! I made a claim to the insurance company and they sent a company to check out the issue 3 weeks later. They spent less than 5 minutes looking into the crawl space, took 2 pictures and said they would contact the insurance company and get back to me. Never did either."
