All of my neighbors were very complimentary of the work and the quality job Brothers did. I dealt with directly with Tim, the President of the company, who answered all of my numerous questions within minutes. He also granted all of my little requests (and there were a bunch) without hesitation. More importantly, Brothers price was very reasonable and they completed the entire job in one week! "The initial meeting with John was promising. He was straightforward, easy to talk to, and quickly provided a quote without being pushy. I appreciated that he offered light recommendations without trying to upsell us. After that first meeting, I felt comfortable moving forward. I had John come out one more time so my boyfriend could meet him, ask a few more questions, and finalize the siding and color choices. The next morning, John texted early, saying he’d be by within the hour to pick up the $10,000 deposit. We were told materials would be ordered right away and the project would begin by the end of the month. However, as that date approached, we hadn’t heard anything. When we reached out, we were told it would be delayed by another week — and then again, another week. We were okay with some delays, but the complete lack of communication was extremely frustrating, especially since we needed to coordinate our work schedules. We were also told the work wouldn’t involve anything on the inside, but that turned out not to be true — which was a big issue since we have two pets. During the project, our flower beds and garden were completely destroyed. While some wear and tear is expected, there was no reason for a large boxwood bush to be crushed with a cinder block when there was clearly space to work around it. Several things were damaged, including blinds, window sills, a shelf, and part of the entrance flooring. While I understand that accidents happen during construction, what bothered us most was the lack of accountability. None of these issues were addressed until we specifically called them back out to deal with them. John never showed up for a single walkthrough, and to our surprise, the entire job was done by a different company altogether — not his own crew. That was something we hadn't anticipated, and unfortunately, we didn’t think to confirm it beforehand again our fault. The windows installed were low quality and very off-brand compared to what we expected. We had also discussed having decorative grills/grid lines in the windows, which were completely left out. In the end, while everything listed in the contract was technically delivered, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The workmanship felt sloppy, communication was almost nonexistent, and the lack of oversight from the owner was disappointing. We definitely feel we overpaid for what we received. It’s partly on us for not being more proactive during the process, but someone who takes pride in their business would have at least done one final inspection or walkthrough."

"Since this was our second home we were not able to be there during the renovations.  We received photos ,texts, phone calls and emails regarding the projects in work.   When we arrived on the weekend, home was left in great condition.  Our neighbors  also  told us that the workers were there, on the job, from early morning to late in the evening most days.

Also during the initial process of choosing decor they were most helpful to tell us what would and what would not work.  The knowledge and patience of the salesperson, Bryan, was most helpful in making  final selections.

Bryan was always available to discuss any concerns we may have had during this process, which made us comfortable.

Very happy with the quality of their work and professionalism-- from the girls in the office to the crew they sent to replace my parent's roof, the entire job was seamless. They were prompt, courteous, cleaned up our yard meticulously which is really great. Even though we had this done a few years ago, had to write a review because the roof came out great and still looks brand new. I would recommend them highly. Just as a side note, these guys have been in business for over 3 decades and have won so many awards... not everyone is GAF certified with Master Elite status, but they are.
