We were impressed with the window design, specs, lifetime warranty and dealing directly with the manufacturer. Scheduling was flexible and installation went smoothly. The installers were efficient, neat (careful, drop cloths, vacuuming) and courteous. The sales and office staff were helpful and easy to deal with. Shareholder feedback has been very positive. A friend of mine recommended David Stern and I gave them a call. Matt came out to the house listened to my needs and what my wife and I wanted and went to work. He came back on a date that was convenient for us and was done the same day. He removed the old blinds, installed the new ones (with power) and walked my wife and I through the programming and operation. He was respectful and professional the whole time. 5 Stars! Will recommend!"
