Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. The next day  was painting, finish carpentry and they even bought me a mounting bracket for my big screen TV (as a gift for us using them) attached it to thwe wall and connected my television.
