"It Went Very Well !!! This is a BIG deck 700 Square feet and a wrap around on pillars. I got a call back from John Jr. within 24 hours with an apology it was not quicker. (Other business sent me e-mails asking for photos or took a few days to get back). John was there the early evening of the day we talked and did the estimate. He went out of his way to get there as soon as possible even though it was no emergency. The price was upper mid range and the quality was excellent.The job included replacement of a number of 2 to 4 foot sections of decking that were damaged. Their protocol is to use a mold killer before pressure wash. They use ArborCoat stain which is high quality Benjamin Moore. Application was brush and roller which provided great coverage. Work was done when promised and area cleaned up at the end of the day. This is a family business and they care about the quality of their work. I would recommend them and am having them return to do some other work (carpentry and painting) on the outside of our house"

They were supposed to be here around 9 AM on a Sunday. They were in the driveway at 9:04, and at work on the roof at 9:06. Their materials and workmanship appeared to be top quality. They answered my many questions during the day with patience and no attitude. They even did a last minute gutter repair while they were here, and were not even planning to charge extra for it."
