They were clear about the days they were coming and showed up on time (or called if they were going to be a little late). They finished the project on time and within my budget! Each day they explained to me what they would be working on, and at the end of the day they reviewed the progress with me. They needed to move a lot of the plumbing and had to come up with some creative solutions, and it was all done efficiently and effectively. They always cleaned up after themselves and protected my home from any damage. I highly recommended V&S. I am completely satisfied and would use them again if ever a need arises."

Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. "DO NOT USE KERRY MITRAS!!!!! He installed a new bathroom for us in 2018 and between then and now everything him and his crew did completely fell apart and broke. He is unprofessional and does NOT stand by his work!!! When things started to break shortly after the job was done, we called him to come repair what had broken and he said he would not it was our problem?BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

"AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS, HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY I signed a contract with this contractor at the end of January 2025, and it’s now July 2025, and he has done almost NONE of the work we agreed upon. He is deliberately avoiding all communication and refuses to answer calls, texts, or emails. He took my security deposit of $1900 and has basically disappeared with it. He is not just unprofessional, he is a THIEF and a ROBBER. I have proof of everything: the signed contract, the payments I made, and the endless attempts I’ve made to reach him while he ignores me. If anyone wants proof, I am more than willing to share it. This is not just a bad experience, it’s outright theft. If you value your money and your sanity, stay FAR AWAY from this contractor. He will happily take your deposit or payment and vanish without finishing the job. Do not trust a word he says, he is dishonest, unreliable, and will leave you high and dry. Learn from my experience and avoid getting robbed."
