The company seemed unresponsive, when it was more poor communication. They sent a worker out to fix the stones, when one was freed up from other jobs. They just didn't let me know that's what was going on. The fault seems to lie with staff that were juggling numerous projects. Since then, the president of the company, Anthony Lauro, has been at pains to let me know what is going on. This spring he was quick to respond to my e-mail asking to repair stones that were loosened by the winter frost."
