We do real estate for real people - most of our clients are first time buyers (studios to townhomes) or first time sellers either leaving NYC or looking to upsize after their first purchase years earlier. A smaller but important part of our business is working with landlords/investors on multi-family sales and apartment leasing. While the majority of our sales are in Brownstone Brooklyn, we also have clients in Manhattan. We offer our clients straightforward and data backed advice in a low-pressure setting. We believe our job is to be real estate consultants despite the salesperson title. We moved the team to Compass to leverage their best in class real estate platform that offers exceptional digital marketing and reach. Grant Braswell has been in business 10 years and the team surpassed $100M in sales in 2018. We keep our team nimble and operate out of offices in Park Slope, Cobble Hill and Compass headquarters in Union Square.
