This has been a great experience for me with Johanna Fernandez. She delivered exactly what she had promised me and along our journey together she had always told me things as they were and I cherish her honesty!!, she has great public relation skills and she is very efficient at what she does. I would use her again in the future and recommend her to anyone that is in a need for real estate transaction.

WE HAPPILY SOLD OUR HOME WITH A SHORT SALE TRANSACTION ON

Sometimes you just need to hit the reset button.
That’s where my sister and I found ourselves. However, Bankruptcy wasn’t an
option. We were over our head. Loss of income and no longer could afford our
home. My sister and I needed to sell our home but We couldn’t sell it for what
we owed on it so I interviewed 7 agents
to short sale my home. Johanna was the last person I interviewed. she knew far
more than anyone else I talked to. I agreed to short sale my home with her
because of how aggressive and determined she was. she was so knowledgeable. Within
5 minutes of speaking with her, I knew she knew far more about short sales then
any other agent I had already spoken with. We signed with her and she and her
team executed our short sale so quickly and even able to get the banks to
forgive the total debt I owed them. Johanna made the transaction smoothly.
I wish I would have met Johanna months ago so I could
have avoided so much stress in our life. Thank you so much Johanna for getting
our short sale approved and closed.

After searching the right house for more than a year we finally found Johanna online. We came to meet with her at her office and She was very professional and took her time to help my husband and i to find the right house that was right for our budget. She also helped us to get a bank that would provide us a very affordable mortgage monthly payment. We would definitely recomend her to any future customers.

Johanna was very thorough from when my property was first listed until the transaction closed. I had to sell the property from San Diego whcih meant that Johanna not only had to show and list the property but also help with many other tasks. After receiving several offers, she was very understanding when I had to re-list the property at a higher price due to recommendations from my legal counsel. After re-listing she quickly found another buyer at the re-listed price. Johanna was also able to keep the buyers interested and patient through a long closing due to different legal issues. Johanna and her partner were intstrumental in readying the property for the sale closing and were also very helpful on the day of the close to the point of offering me a ride to the airport in order to catch my flight home in time. Johanna's personal touch and dedication made a process that could have been very stressful and extremely time consuming so much better than I every could have expected. Thank you Johanna!

Finally a homeowner...A dream come true!!!! This wouldn't be one of the
best experiences of my life if it wasn't for the guidance that I received for
only the best people. For Sale by Johanna was a key
part of this dream.
When me and my husband decided to look for a house to buy, we were very confused, unsecure of what we
could afford, we only knew that we wanted to go to a good neighborhood with
good schooling for our kids.
We started looking for houses, and we contacted different realtors without even knowing what we were
approved for. We probably saw over 40 houses. All this houses were not even close to what we were looking for. It
got to the point that we were about to give up on the house searching. Everything that was showed to us didn't fit
our needs or monetary functions.
As soon as we met Johanna Fernandez and Mr. Becker -Johanna's partner, they helped us right from the
beginning to the end. They gave us a lot of valuable information about homeownership, credit requirements and a lot more
things that we were clueless. Throughout this whole process, they were there to advise us in everything. First thing
they advised us to do was to contact a reliable Mortgage company so we will know how much we could afford. After this, we told them what we were looking for and they did a thorough and extensive search to meet our requirements. Johanna looked at regular MLS listings and also through listings that were not available to your average Real Estate agents. Finally Johanna took us to
review 3 homes but they were nice but still not what we were expecting. The last home, number 4, that we visited was
the one! We were amazed....This was my home since I walked in, I knew it.......
Today October 29, 2013 we closed on our new home and we are very happy...We have accomplished our mission and dream.....Thank you Johanna and Oded !!!!!

She was the best real estate agent in all of New York. Her entire team is fantastic! She was always available and found the perfect buyer! I would highly recommend her to any buyer and seller. She is also bilingual.

It was smooth sailing the whole way, and a very good experience. The entire group has extreme attention to detail and helped me out a lot. They ask a lot of questions, and make sure the smallest of "t's" are crossed and the smallest of "i's" dotted. They worked tirelessly for me to make sure I got what I wanted. There are a lot of bad seeds out there, and this is not one of them. I got them through Angie's List, and I am so happy I went with them.

I was pleased to have Johanna as my realtor. This was my first home, so I needed someone to guide me through the process. She did the job perfectly. everything is going well.knowing that you in a home that you don't have to do no work just move in. i was there through most of the renovation to the house . anything i want done they worked with me to getting it done.all electric outlets are where i want them . kitchen is to my sastifaction,by bedrooms are how i wanted them , i had them break walls for me, to extend some rooms ,it was a great experience.and the work was outstanding.
