He arrived earlier, was extremely detailed, had the right equipment, and provided the report the next day. Overall we were very satisfied with the inspection!
Response from HomeProbe Inspections Inc.
"Home inspectors do not pull out refrigerators... Home inspectors are not required to check for rodent infestation, only termite when applicable. Found a dead mouse during the inspection??? Hmmm what does that tell you!! I told you during the inspection, but it is not required in the report... Hmmm"

Seemed very thorough and detailed. Was very responsive and prompt. Price was reasonable. After moving in, found evidence of rodent infestation - he never even pulled out the refrigerator to check. Also, found many, many small things that inspector missed and found that things he pointed out weren't really a problem.
