Gerry was courteous, prompt, and reliable in performing a professional appraisal of our property. The location was not in his immediate area and he still did it quickly and at a most reasonable price.

Jerry did a thorough surveying of the apartment and the adjacent room. He described that he needed to compare the property with similar properties around the neighborhood that have been sold recently and then he will put together an appraisal for the apartment by itself, and then the apartment with the added room. So far, I'm satisfied with his knowledge level, expert explanations, and trust that he will do an excellent job! The appraisal should arrive within two weeks.

Based on a favorable Angie's List rating I called R3 to get an appraisal of vacant land I own. They provided me with an appraisal report showing comparable sales, pictures of property, description of the local area and county tax assessment information. The report was very professional in appearance.

Appraiser was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained all of the required inspections and the process in simple and precise terms. Was very helpful in adding to my understanding of what mortgage companies consider important, as well as, what adds to or detracts from value. He also offered to research my property taxes (at no charge) to see if there were possible grounds for a tax grievance.
