"Mike gave me a competitive quote a couple months prior to the work being done.  He was not the most expensive or the cheapest.  He was honest and did all the extras that I wanted done on the roof replacement  (ex.  Applied extra ice-shield up the roof in a trouble area where snow builds up,   removed some siding and wrapped the ice shield up the wall and replaced vent boot with new one).
  The work started well in the beginning of the week. They finished half the roof the first day.  The next couple days it rained on and off so they could only do part of the work.  The 4th day weather got better and they finished the work.  The foreman (Jason) was very knowledgable and did a great job with getting his team to follow through with everything that was needed.  He did all the extras like adding a splash shield on the gutters in a valley that runs over during heavy rains,  removing skylight flashing carefully and re-flashing the skylights.  The team cleaned up everything when they left,  checking areas several times to make sure nothing was left on the lawn or bushes.   Even with the rain they covered the roof and there was no leaks.   
I am recommending them to a neighbor who is replacing his roof next year.

Update. A few weeks after the install rain water leaked at the skylight. I called Tom and he sent an employee to fix the leak. This person was polite and he told me if it still leaks to call again to have it fixed. It still leaks to this day over one year later. I have called Tom 4 times and he has never once returned my called. What started out to be a job well done is now a disaster because my kitchen ceiling is ruined. Tom where are you ???"
