The job was done at the appointed time, done quickly, done safely and in the best standards of the trade. The gentlemen that did the job were friendly, respectful, and receptive to my questions, and knowledgable in their answers. They were flexible in identifying work that did or did not need to be done. The initial estimate was a broad "time and materials" estimate. What might be called a "ballpark" estimate. The final price was at the lowest price of the estimate. I am very pleased !!
