"I do not know what the quality standard is for asbestos tile removal, so I cannot comment on that. During the install there was garbage on my front doorstep to include a cigarette butt and a piss bottle. I called and left a polite complaint about it. I continued to find pieces of garbage outside my home during the work. After the work there is some garbage such as gloves, tape, I am missing a remote for my bedroom light, (one of those stupid ones that you can only control from the remote) and one of the closet rods is broken without a comment. The price sure was cheaper than the other guy tho..."

Epoxying over asbestos tiles is generally considered a safe option when done correctly. Epoxy acts as a sealant, encapsulating the asbestos tiles and preventing the release of asbestos fibers into the air. The key is ensuring that the asbestos tiles are in good condition, firmly adhered to the substrate, and not damaged or deteriorating. This method is only appropriate for tiles that are undamaged and securely in place.
