"Chris arrived at the appointed time.  We reviewed the various tasks.  I had purchased replacement switches beforehand, as well as the toilet mechanism.  However, one of them was incorrect.  Also, for one of the lighting fixtures, the ballast was bad.  Chris and I went to Home Depot to get the correct switch and a replacement ballast.  At my request, Chris went with me so I could be sure to get the correct parts.  We were not able to find the needed ballast, so I purchased a new light fixture for not much more than the cost of a ballast.

Chris then completed all of the tasks very well, and within the amount of time I had purchased (4 hour window).  He was respectful of us and our house.  He cleaned behind himself.  All have been working well since the tasks were completed.
