A few weeks ago I scheduled Alpine to come put a deadbolt on our door and they were a no show. 2 days ago, our landlord keeps going into our IT closet and I had Alpine come out to lock it so our server does not get shut off again. This morning the landlord showed up with a master key given to them from Alpine and entered the IT closet again. Don't worry that I have 125 businesses incubating in my space. I called Alpine and they said talk to the Landlord. Now the person I was trying to secure my IT closet from can access it again after paying 400 dollars to secure it. I am not EVER using or recommending this place again."
