"Miller and his colleagues were able to do a lot of things quickly. Along with everything else, they also grabbed some old furniture that I needed help moving to the curb. They took several cares to make sure nothing was damaged during the move, including wrapping the furniture, turning off all the lights, and packaging the picture frames."

"Called Kirkland and the lady told me it's 80 for 2 movers and 90 for 3 movers. I told her we would like 3 movers for 90, but when the movers came it was only 2. They were nice guys, but informed us they ran out of wrap. 1 of the guys continued to move and the other was gone for an hour finding the wrap. They were both nice guys and personable, but after double checking our storage, we noticed our furniture was damaged, because he didn't wrap it fully. We got charged 5 hours including the 1 hour where the other guy was gone. They did an okay job, just took longer than expected and damaged some of our items. Also, we canceled cleaners because Ramon said he has a team that can do it today at 8a. My wife and I have been calling him with no response. What's worse is Ramon dropped off a donated fridge from another move and promised to pick it up today with our donations. I'm frustrated because now we had to call a hauler to dispose of the fridge Kirkland movers left us. We wouldn't hire them again after all this. Everyone be warned if Kirkland says they will do cleaning and drop off a huge appliance. They will leave you with more trash and you may have to pay triple for disposal and cleaning. Hopefully this review will stir others away. Thanks Kirkland for having us with more of a headache and the donated fridge for us to pay to haul. Would give 1 star, but Ramon and Kelvin seemed nice just didn't fulfil the promise for today."

"First off: If you are thinking about hiring a company for Landscaping, definitely hire King's Landscape and Maintenance for your job. We obtained several estimates for our patio remodel. We decided to hire King's, because we liked Luis and his ideas. We definitely are glad we did. The workers said they would arrive at 7 am, and each time they arrived at the time they told us. The job site was kept clean as possible, and safety was always a consideration. We strongly felt they cared for our property exactly as we do. We love the job they did, and our patio is now an extension of our house. It is very inviting, and peaceful. Thank you Luis and crew! PS ... The dirt line around the patio is where the ground was elevated way too high. Our association will be painting the line, and for now, we just ignore it due to the beauty of the patio!"

"After getting a couple of estimates, Sin 2 Son Contracting had the best reviews for the best price. On their initial visit, father and son owners quoted me $1000 for materials and labor.......well-anchored, translucent panels on a 20X10 structure with a scalloped edge on one side. Additionally, they angled the panels for rain drainage. On the hottest day of the year, thus far, Robbie and Joseph worked hard, fast, and efficiently to install the covering.......including moving wiring from a flood light to the “future location”of a fan. Spur of the moment, I decided I wanted the fan NOW and the guys agreed to install it if I made a quick run to Home Depot and returned with the fan before they finished their construction and clean up. I knew I was asking a lot, and was very impressed with their willingness to take on the added dimension to the project......with absolutely no push-back or hesitancy. As afternoon temperatures rose, Robbie and Joseph installed the fan, cleaned up, and left me as a very happy and satisfied customer. Going above and beyond, and doing quality work, prompts this 5 Star recommendation. Next time I need any type of construction, I will definitely contact Sin 2 Son Contracting."
